Newquay RNLI is delighted to be
able to accept the band of West Mercia Constabulary’s generous offer to play
to raise funds.
The band will be holding a
concert in St Michael’s church on Wednesday 30th July 2008 at
19:00 hrs. Monies raised will be donated to newquay RNLI.
The West Mercia Constabulary Band
was formed in 1988. Band members include serving and retired officers and
staff as well as members of the local community. As well as achieving
success in competitions at regional and national level, the band raises
money for good causes including £9,000 for Project Sri Lanka following the
2004 tsunami.
